IT Business Applications Expert

Requirements:

   - A Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics, Computer Engineering,

   Information students, or a closely related field.

 - Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite, including administration and  user training.

  - Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in facilitating   meetings and leading team collaborations.

  - Agile and adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic project demands.

- Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are highly  desirable.

Responsibilities:

-         Manage and refine the needs and requirements of our SAP S/4 HANA

modules related to finance, procurement, and HR, ensuring robust and

uninterrupted operations.

-         Oversee the strategic deployment, upgrade, and enhancement of IT

applications across finance, procurement, and HR, aligning them with both

business objectives and technological advancements.

-         Collaborate closely with the Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT

departments to translate operational needs into efficient IT solutions,

driving overall system performance.

-         Lead change management processes for system upgrades and

implementations to ensure smooth transitions and minimize operational

disruptions.

-Set clear strategic directions for the IT applications related to

finance, procurement, and HR, ensuring alignment with PowerCo’s overarching

strategic objectives.

-         Monitor and manage the IT budget, preparing for current and

future financial planning.

-         Provide incident support and user training, enhancing user

engagement and system proficiency across the organization.
